Unchurn is a SaaS churn prevention tool that integrates with Stripe to analyze customer data and help businesses reduce subscription cancellations. The Service provides analytics, insights, and recommendations based on your Stripe account data.

3. Stripe Integration and Data Access

To use Unchurn, you must connect your Stripe account through Stripe Connect. By doing so, you authorize Unchurn to:

• Access your Stripe customer data, including subscription information, payment history, and customer metadata
• Read and analyze transaction and billing data
• Monitor subscription events such as cancellations, upgrades, and downgrades
• Access customer contact information for churn prediction analysis

Unchurn does not process payments on your behalf or modify your Stripe account settings. We only access data in read-only mode for analysis purposes.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Ensure you have the necessary rights and permissions to share customer data with Unchurn
• Comply with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations, when using the Service
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Data Handling

Your use of Unchurn is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to data handling practices described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscription and Payment

Unchurn offers subscription-based pricing. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided at our sole discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Unchurn and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our written consent.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CHURN PREDICTIONS WILL BE ACCURATE. BUSINESS DECISIONS BASED ON UNCHURN'S ANALYSIS ARE MADE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNCHURN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, OR LOST DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unchurn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings.
